Refund policy

We offer refunds on unopened items within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) with the exception of adjustable bases and special orders.

Exchanges are offered on mattresses once they have been opened 120 days from purchase (see comfort guarantee).

Cancelations can be done on stocked items prior to delivery.
