Like a new pair of shoes, a new mattress needs time to break in. The floor model you tested has been broken in over time, so your brand-new mattress will feel firmer at first. You need to give it time to adjust to your body, which is why we do not perform exchanges before 30 days from the time of delivery.

A mattress pad consists of quilted or padded layers designed for comfort and absorbency, but it does not offer the same level of protection as a mattress protector. To get into your chair, stand next to it, press the chair up or rise button, raise the chair to a height you can sit back against, ease back into the chair, then press the chair down or recline button until the chair is firmly on the floor in the seated position. To get out, press the chair up or rise button, raise the chair to a height that lets you easily stand, release the button, and exit. Once out, return the chair to its seated position to avoid the risk of anyone or anything getting caught underneath.

Place your chair in the room where it will be most convenient for you, near a television, reading light, end table, or other furniture you want close by. Do you offer delivery and set-up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you live in the Cedar Valley, we schedule your delivery for a one-hour window as soon as your order arrives. Delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress (if desired) is free with purchases of $999 and above. Otherwise, there is a $75 charge for this service. Our delivery team will also set up any purchased frames or adjustable power bases.

What is your return or exchange policy?

For mattresses, we offer a 120-day adjustment guarantee. You need to allow your body 4 to 6 weeks to adjust to a new mattress before forming a final opinion. Because of this adjustment cycle, exchanges are not performed before 30 days or after 120 days from delivery. We do not offer refunds, but we can exchange your mattress during that window if you are not satisfied. Please review warranty provisions for all purchases, as service requests may incur a charge if not under warranty.
